Are you a construction professional ready to take the next step in your career—or bring your leadership skills to a company that values collaboration, safety, and quality? Westridge Construction is looking for either a Project Coordinator or Project Manager for our Saskatoon office.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work alongside Project Managers and Site Superintendents to support all aspects of project execution. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead project delivery, manage contracts, oversee financials, and foster a collaborative site culture.
What You’ll Do (depending on role and experience):
• Project planning and scheduling
• Estimating support and subcontractor tender reviews
• Request for Information (RFI) management
• Drawing and specification review
• Change management and contract administration
• Site coordination and consultant/client liaison
• Shop drawing review and construction document control
• Financial tracking, progress invoicing, and closeout
• QA/QC, LEED documentation (if applicable)
• Ensure adherence to safety and performance standards
What We’re Looking For:
• A civil/structural engineering degree, architectural or civil tech diploma, or 5+ years trade-based experience
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in commercial/civil construction
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A deep understanding of the construction lifecycle
